SEEKING PUBLICS HELP

At about 6 a.m. on May 30th, Everett Fire responded to the Coastal Community Bank (10520
19th Ave SE) on the report of a fire alarm. A fire had started inside the business when someone
used a cutting tool to access the ATM. Property damage has been estimated at over $35,000 for
the burnt cash, broken ATM, and building repairs.

Detectives identified the two suspects as Eli Steen (Monster jacket) and Jason Kovar. Both
are 31 years-old, from Everett, and have probable cause for arrest on arson and burglary
charges. Additionally, the two are wanted for questioning on several commercial burglaries
throughout Snohomish County
