Megs opens for Grammy and CMA Nominated Country Singer/Songwriter Lee Brice and Grammy Nominated Duo Thompson Square at the 2019 Festival of the River August 10th in Arlington, Washington.

The summer line up just got hotter with the announcement of Megs opening for Lee Brice and Thompson Square on the 30th Anniversary of the Festival of the River in Arlington, Washington.
This year’s 30th anniversary attendance is expected to reach over 13,000. This is an annual, free, family event, featuring cultural and environmental exhibits in a lovely natural setting.

The mission of the Festival is to help people who live and work in the surrounding regions understand how their actions can help make their environment healthier for people, fish, and wildlife and to introduce people to Native American traditional dances and culture.

“Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I was always fascinated by Native American culture and their ability to not let any resource go to waste. I believe we should strive to keep our home clean for generations, and the band and I are thrilled to share our music at this significant community event,” said Megs.

In addition to opening for Lee Brice and Thompson Square, Megs and her band will be opening for
Montgomery Gentry at Freedomfest 2019 on the 4th of July, entertaining US troops at Joint Base Lewis-McChord Airforce Base in Tacoma, WA, and opening for
Love and Theft on July 6th at the Dust-Off Music Festival in Tacoma, WA, supporting wounded warriors.

In addition, Megs summer performance schedule is packed full of headlining festivals and concerts.
