EVERETT, Wash. – Johnathan Robert Lewis, a convicted Level 3 sex offender who previously had indicated to detectives that he was moving to Marysville, has now listed his address as “homeless”. Lewis is a 23 year-old male who has been convicted of 3rd degree rape of a child and one count of 3rd degree rape. 

According to official documents Lewis plead guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court on 01/07/2011 to one count of Third Degree Rape. He was sentenced to eight months in jail. This conviction was the result of Lewis sexually assaulting the known 16 year old female victim. Lewis and the victim went to an area under a bridge to look for a friend.

Once there Lewis kept asking the victim to have sex with him. She told him "no" at least ten times. Lewis removed the victim's clothing and sexually assaulted her. On 05/27/2004 Lewis plead guilty in Snohomish County Superior Court Juvenile Division to one count of Assault in the Fourth Degree with Sexual Motivation. He was sentenced to six months of community supervision and 24 hours of community service. This conviction was the result of Lewis, age 12 at the time, fondling the breasts and buttocks of a known peer age female victim. Lewis is no longer on supervision.

On 12/2012 another incident where Lewis provided alcohol to a known 14 year old female.Lewis believed she was 16. Lewis touched the females breasts then pushed her against a wall and made her touch his genitals. Lewis had the female pinned against a wall and she was unable to push Lewis away while he raped her.

The female told Lewis "no,no, stop don't. Lewis was interviewed by Police and admitted he had taken advantage of the intoxicated female. On 3/2013 Lewis pled guilty to 1 count Rape of a Child in the Third Degree. He was sentanced to 32 months confienment and 36 months Community Custody. He is supervised by WA DOC Marysville Field Office, 360-658-2150.
