MONROE, Wash. – The Sheriff’s Office has launched a search for a two year-old boy who is believed to have wandered away from his residence at the 12700 block of Woods Creek Rd.
The boy was last seen by his parents around 12:20 p.m. They called 911 around 12:40 to report that he was missing.
The boy has blond hair and is believed to have been wearing a black shirt and grey sweatpants.
Search and rescue teams will start a ground search of the area, while deputies check neighboring residences. SNOHAWK 1 is launching to search from the air and the dive team is staging to search nearby by waterways, including Woods Creek.
